Ever since I could remember, I loved to bake, cooking not so much! My experience with food was not always a pleasant one, having suffered with undiagnosed Celiac for a very long time. Even so, I always loved to entertain and create beautiful dishes for my family, friends and guests.  

Since my own Diagnosis of Celiac Disease and subsequently that of my son’s, I have been on a constant mission to make everything we eat at home from scratch. Making desserts and breads that tasted and had the texture of their regular counterparts became my greatest frustration to realize...

Throughout the years I have vowed to make Gluten Free foods taste like their regular counterparts. My constant need to have my family never feel the frustration of not being able to have a tasty Gluten Free Birthday cake or a scrumptious cookie, became my number one priority. In doing so, I developed my own line of Gluten Free Delites to share!
